Round one of the VFL Women’s season continues today, and Girls Play Footy Radio brings you an almost traditional opening round clash between the Eastern Devils and St Kilda Sharks.
Live from 1:00pm (AEST) at Mulgrave Reserve, the GPF Radio team will be presenting a one hour pre-game show, followed by the call of the match from the first bounce at 2:00pm.
All focus will be on the Eastern Devils and their new recruits, including Collingwood AFLW footballers Emma King and Stacey Livingstone, as well as Canadian Valarie Moreau.
With Moana Hope missing through injury, the Sharks see the return of Amy Catterall, who they hope will kick a bag of goals for them up forward.
A link to the live stream is provided below, or listeners can download the TuneIn App from iTunes or Google Play to their mobile, then search ‘Girls Play Footy’ for the stream.
Those attending the game are encouraged to bring their radio so they can hear the call delay free on 89.1 FM.
Today’s other match is Seaford hosting Diamond Creek at R.F. Miles Reserve in Seaford, with the first bounce at 3:00pm (AEST).
